How do I return an item? We will replace any defective merchandise with an identical item. You must make your claim within 10 days of receipt of the defective product and explain the nature of the defect. Shipping of the replacement will be at Jailbreak's expense via USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to exchange a defective item please contact us at sales@jailbreaktoys.com. Returns are not accepted unless otherwise specified in advance in an email from a Jailbreak Toys employee. |
